Working with CondoFresh Inc. is a two-way business relationship that requires respect, commitment, flexibility, fairness, communication and parameters for the client, our leadership and staff. Once we decide to engage in a business relationship, we will collaborate with you to create a work contract to guide our relationship and ensure success and tranquility. Upon confirming your job booking, we’ll be in touch with you by e-mail to draft a contract.

But first, if you’d like to utilize the residential cleaning services of CondoFresh Inc., you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

i. I hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless CondoFresh, its owners, employees, agents and their successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands, legal or otherwise, which may arise during the course of the services being provided.

ii. I hereby acknowledge that my personal property and residential unit may suffer damage as a result of the services being provided, and indemnify and hold harmless CondoFresh, its owners, employees and agents from same.

iii. I hereby acknowledge and understand that CondoFresh is under no obligation to, and will not provide other tools in order to complete the tasks assigned, such as a ladder or lift, and that it is my responsibility to ensure that such tools are on the work site at the time of the clean or the relevant service to be performed. I indemnify and hold harmless CondoFresh, its owners, employees, agents and their successors and assigns from any and all damage arising out of the use of the tools(s) provided by me for the purpose of completing such tasks, including damage to the tool(s) themselves.

iv. I have been advised that I have the right to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this waiver.
